January was the month when I was on a diet high, and tried to bring on some get lean recipes from my kitchen ! When it comes to losing some weight we all try to get a bit whacky and try something different. With the bout of winter blues and the mercury Plummets and less desire to workout full fledged, I decided to add on a few of my tried recipes and Pile on some clean food instead. My photos were a hit on my Insta and I even got some of my readers spurring to action when they wrote me mails to share the full details. I am going to make these Get Lean fast Recipes a regular feature on my blog, so watch out the space.
P.S - Since I never knew how things would turn out while cooking(and never thought of sharing em here) ,so I ended up taking just the finished photos, and don't have those fancy Filtered step by step photos(kidding). Nonetheless, these amateur, yet tempting, from the heart recipes would still suffice into making a considerable dent in you waistline :)
CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
When we make our own Cream of Broccoli soup , We get a lot of health benefits Broccoli provides plus its quite filling. And for these obvious reasons Broccoli always tops the list of healthiest vegetables because of the phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals it contains. A lot of us don't really like the taste of plain Broccoli especially children. A tasty soup would make a favorite with small children at the same time making them exposed to the taste. Also Eating the soup before the meals lowers the appetite hence we end up piling lower calories.
